Vietnam Country Programme Manager (27570)

Programme Delivery & Execution:
- Ensure programmes deliver measurable business outcomes, not just technical milestones
- Own the end- to- end delivery of one or more large scale transformation programmes, from initiation through to benefits realization
- Translate global and regional strategics to country specific execution plans
- Proactively manage interdependences across workstreams, vendors and parallel initiatives
Governance, Risk & Control
- Provide accurate, transparent reporting on programme status, financials, risks and outcomes to country and regional leadership
- Identify, asses and actively manage programme risks, issues and dependencies; drive timely resolution and escalation where required.
- Establish and maintain strong programme governance, including steering committees, stage gates and escalation mechanisms
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory obligations, audit requirements and risk management standards
Stakeholder & Change Management
- Manage internal and external resources including programme teams, vendors and system integrators
- Drive alignment between country and region; business and technology stakeholders to ensure shared ownership of outcomes
- Own programme budgets, forecasts and financial controls, ensuring disciplined cost management and value delivery

- Strong delivery mindset with ability to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities
- English: At least Upper- Intermediate level
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, or a related field.
- Strong track record of delivering programmes involving technology, process and organisational change
- 15+ years in IT banking technology and proven experience in leading large scale, complex transformation programmes in a bank
- Deep understanding of programmer governance, risk management and financial controls
- Having at least 5 years experience as IT programme Manager or IT programme Director.
