Logistics (Purchasing / Shipping / Import & Export)
Perform other requests from the Board of Directors.
Handle related operations tasks and procedures such as file and record import and export documents for purchase goods
Coordinate with service providers to solve problems related to information, handling import and export procedures and documents, completing certificates, and forwarding
Advice the Board of Directors and Managers in the field of import- export and purchasing
Purchase of goods (purchasing department) including intercompany orders
Import and export management
Carry out transactions related to overseas shipment
Work with the company to implement improvements to working procedures
Check and compare import and export goods documents and participate in the handling of customs procedures, import licenses, reports and services related to logistics activities
Coordinate with other departments to solve arising problems
2. Customer service
Set up a customer service team and build an operating structure to work with sales, product, purchasing and sales support team
To get feedback and insights from customer on quality of product and our after- sales service level
Accurately and kindly address inquiries from customers
Support AR collections if encountering end customers issues faced by Finance
Handle related order management process such sales order in the company ERP system
To learn company new products in order to share product information with the customer
Supporting duties for
· Managing projects and ensuring that deadlines are met by working with other departments to provide materials needed for completion
· Assist in Business Development when required
· Provide Management Reporting on Vietnam development
· Sourcing Products / Services as requested
· Ensuring that all company procedures are followed regarding safety, security, and environmental protection
Requirements:
- Graduated from University/College, majoring in Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, Foreign Economic Relations... or related disciplines.
- Having good knowledge of HS code, C/O, customs value, specialized inspection, and import of machinery and equipment is an advantage.
- Sense of responsibility for work, hard work, eagerness to learn, proactive and positive thinking
- Having set up warehouse experience is prefer
- Foreign languages: English listening, speaking, reading, and writing
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Good communication, problem- solving, and teamwork skills
- Age from 30
- Having knowledge and expertise in documents, customs dossiers, and legal regulations on customs procedures, taxes, and specialized inspection with import and export goods.
- Able to absorb and handle job requirements quickly, flexibly, and carefully
