K- Tech College 2025 (KTC)
K- Tech College 2025 is a career- connection program in the technology sector. It aims to connect talented programmers in Vietnam with leading tech companies in South Korea.
In addition to job opportunities, the program provides training in soft skills, teamwork, and Korean workplace culture, ensuring participants are fully equipped to adapt quickly to their new roles.
The program is completely free of charge, fully funded by the Government of South Korea.
Job Description
Research competitors’ marketing videos and develop new creative concepts
Analyze performance metrics of marketing videos to gather insightful and valuable data
Collaborate closely with the development and user acquisition (UA) teams to analyze games and produce high- quality videos aligned with campaign objectives
Create automated advertising videos to support global mobile game marketing campaigns
Requirements
Intermediate or higher- level video editing and content creation skills
Creative, proactive, and highly responsible
Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross- functional teams
Passion for mobile games and frequent engagement with various titles
Required Skills
Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator
Nice to have
Experience in filming and video production
Able to communicate in English or Korean
Understanding of marketing principles
Prior experience producing mobile game ad videos, especially in the hyper- casual genre
Intermediate or higher proficiency in Blender and Unity
