Hands- on filming experience with strong understanding of camera angles, lighting, and composition; able to advise and upgrade shooting scripts.
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and develop video content that effectively communicates YOLA‘s brand message and marketing objectives.
Coordinate with the production house, agency, or 3rd party to produce TVCs, corporate videos
Video Editing:
Enhance video quality through color correction, audio adjustments, visual effects, and motion graphics to create visually captivating videos.
Use Premiere Pro and After Effects for color grading, audio tuning, visual effects, and motion graphics in modern styles.
Edit raw footage into polished and professional video content
Integrate graphic design elements to enhance visual appeal.
Content Development:
Generate creative ideas for video content that resonate with YOLA’s target audience and align with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Work closely with the marketing team to adapt marketing messages and themes into engaging video narratives that drive engagement and conversions.
Proactively spot and adapt emerging trends into video ideas that fit the brand.
Contribute to ideation — not only executing but also shaping concepts, scripts, and creative approaches.
Multi- platform Optimization:
Ensure videos are formatted correctly for each platform and comply with platform- specific guidelines and best practices.
Optimize video content for distribution across various platforms, including social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube), websites, email campaigns, and digital advertising.
Brand Consistency:
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that video content accurately reflects YOLA’s brand identity and values.
Maintain brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all video content, including visual elements, messaging, and tone.
