Vice Division Manager

Work closely with sales to advise, build, and deliver technical solutions that meet customer requirements.
Manage development teams for company projects, focusing on English market customers.
Develop development teams that operate as a business unit, including people, costs, revenue, etc.

Graduated from IT major and/or have at least 5 years of experience in positions (Developer, BrSE, BA, PM, DM, ...) in an ITO company.
Experience with the entire software project development process: from receiving direct requirements from customers, analyzing and discussing with stakeholders, project development, and post- development stages.
In- depth understanding of project management methods (e.g. Agile, Waterfall).
Experience with project estimation and bidding skills.
Strong leadership skills: Experience in managing a team for about 2 years or more, with a team size of 10 members or more.
Proficient in spoken and written English, 6.5 ielts or higher.
Experience working with English market customers.

Direct collaboration with foreign customers, experienced members such as BAs, Technical Team, PQA, etc.
Annual performance review, once or twice a year.
