Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support for our executive team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional clerical skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires a detail- oriented individual who can handle project coordination, calendar management, and various administrative functions while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Responsibilities, Abilities & Skills:
• Audit and send Meal Break Violation reports;
• Report daily progress to upper management.
• Audit Task Completion, Closeout daily and generate monthly reports;
• Attending Training as needed;
• Approving Employee time punches across location;
What we expect from you:
• Ability to multi- task and detail oriented – Punctuality with keen attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Experience in project coordination with a focus on meeting deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in clerical duties and administrative functions.
• Must be dependable and willing to work overtime when needed
• Expertise in calendar management, particularly with Outlook Calendar.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Computer Skills, SharePoint, Microsoft Office 365.
• Strong attention to detail and problem- solving abilities

Schedule Requirement:
• Able to work on weekends or Holidays when required
• May require occasional overtime hours with approval
• 9:00 AM Pacific Time (California, USA)
• Maximum 40hrs per week
• 5- 8 hours shift
Education:
• Associate&039;s degree Preferred
• High School / GED
Experience:
• Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred (Preferred)
• Strong Excel experience, Pivot tables, Formulas
• Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint,)
• Experience working with multiple databases
