UX/UI Designer (HR Software)

Cadena is seeking a creative and hands- on UX/UI Designer to take ownership of the user experience and interface design for the next generation HCM platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for clean, artful design, possess excellent UI skills, and be able to translate high- level requirements into interaction flows. You will transform these flows into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain reusable UI components aligned with the design system
Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure accurate and feasible implementation.
Design intuitive, user- centered interfaces with strong focus on usability, interaction, and visual quality.
Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high- fidelity designs while maintaining a consistent design language.
Ensure designs follow responsive and progressive web standards.
Take ownership of end- to- end UI/UX design for web- based SaaS products, from concept through delivery.

Your Profile
Experience
Proven UI design experience with a strong portfolio of web- based applications.
3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably with SaaS products.
Skills & Competencies
Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability best practices.
Hands- on experience with design tools such as Figma or equivalent.
Up- to- date knowledge of the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
Proficiency in responsive and progressive web design, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and mobile applications.
Excellent visual design skills with strong sensitivity to user.
Language
English: Fluent in both written and spoken communication (daily collaboration with global teams)
