We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated UX Product Manager to join our team. This pivotal role will sit at the intersection of product strategy, user experience design, and technical development. You will be instrumental in defining, designing, and delivering new features that directly address the needs of Facilities Managers, maintenance teams, and occupants. What You&039;ll Do
As our UX Product Manager, you will:
Own the Feature Lifecycle: Drive the end- to- end product lifecycle for new features and enhancements, from ideation and discovery through to launch and post- launch analysis.
Define Product Specifications: Translate user needs, business goals, and technical capabilities into clear, concise, and comprehensive product specifications, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
Lead UX/UI Design: Take ownership of the user experience and interface design for your assigned features. This includes:
Conducting user research, interviews, and usability testing to deeply understand user behaviors and pain points within Facilities Management.
Collaborating with our [e.g., UI Designer / Design team] to ensure high- fidelity mockups align with UX goals and brand guidelines.
Ensuring the overall consistency and usability of the platform&039;s design language.
Creating detailed wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to visualize and communicate design solutions.
Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in Facilities Management SaaS to inform product decisions.
Performance Monitoring: Define and track key metrics for new features, analyzing performance post- launch to iterate and optimize the user experience.
Product Strategy & Roadmap Contribution: Contribute to the overall product roadmap, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth within the Facilities Management landscape.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment, gather feedback, and successfully launch new features.
