UX Copywriter Life Insurance Project

Job Purpose
The job holder is responsible for shaping and designing products by writing clear and concise copy in our digital apps and other touchpoints for an improved customer experience. The job holder will work directly with product designers to create and test content for new products and features as they are being built. The job holder will be the voice of the brand and tell stories that inspire customers and communicate the journey they are on.
Key Accountabilities (1)
User Experience Design
- Write copy for screens created by product designers from buttons and explanations, to errors and updates.
- Produce copy with translations in Vietnamese and English.
- Conduct research to understand customer language and mental models.
- Develop consistent language patterns and keep the Voice and Tone section of the Design System updated.
- Review designs and ensure copy is on brand and meets quality expectations and user needs.
- Support Product Designers to create storyboards, samples, prototypes and templates for demonstrations and user testing.
- Construct conversational interactions that improve the coherence and clarity of forms and interactions.
- Write informative news pieces for PXD that promotes our work across the organization.
- Review changes or enhancements for alignment with desired user experience copy and satisfaction standards and drive improvement changes.
Key Accountabilities (2)
Design Documentation
- Proactively collect business requirements from cross functional team members to translate into design documents.
- Update handover documents to developers for use as final, desired copy.
- Update the Design System.

Success Profile- Qualification and Experiences
- A Bachelor&039;s degree in Journalism, Media and Communications, Linguistics or a relevant discipline
- Professional Certification in Human Centered Design or samples of work demonstrating experience creating user- centered design solutions
- Business English standard of proficiency as required for the role
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Experience working with user research and analyzing customer feedback preferred
- Experience translating copy between English and Vietnamese
- Experience working in an agile technology or product development team is preferred
- Proven experience in professional writing content or editorial experience
