Utility Engineer

- Background with technical side (Mechanical, Electrical, heat and cold technology…).- Knowledge of utility systems and infrastructure maintenance activities- Have 2 ~ 3 (min: 02) years’ experience.- Knowledge of utility systems and infrastructure maintenance activities.- Strong in maintenance related air- compressor, Chiller system, ventilation air conditioning, forklift, including lighting electricity and water, willing to learn new systems.- Project management (determine and request an undertaking&039;s resource requirements by identifying needs and sourcing the money or labor...).- Basic knowledge about building construction maintenance.- Be able to read and understand technical drawings- Advanced in team management skill.- English language proficiency.
