We are currently looking for a User Support to join our team in Vietnam. In this role, you will provide daily support to our internal users, focusing on purchasing and vendor management platforms, user access administration, issue resolution, and basic reporting/dashboard updates. Your key responsibilities will be:
Maintain core business applications and websites:
- Manage user access rights and role.
- Verify data and ensure proper integration within applications.
- Manage and verify the legal information of third- party vendors, including the creation and maintenance of vendor master data, and ensure the accuracy and validity of all information.
- Administer and update catalogs (suppliers, contracts, items).
Analyze and resolve issues raised by users through ticketing platform:
- Contact and communicate with users to clarify needs and issues.
- Provide timely solutions in compliance with SLA (Service Level Agreements).
Build and maintain interactive guidance integrated into business applications.
Translate business documents between French and English to facilitate cross- functional collaboration.
Contribute to the internal knowledge base to support continuous improvement.
Keep dashboards and reports up to date.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Strong customer- oriented mindset and problem- solving skills.
Good command of French (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
Prior experience in customer/user support is a plus.
Proficiency in English is an advantage.
