OUR MISSION:Responsible for environmental management in our supply chain from raw material procurement to production in the factory, leading projects and implementing with our suppliers globally. Achieve the world&039;s most environmentally responsible and transparent supply chain.Always work while pursuing both business and sustainability.DESCRIPTION:1. Climate changeFR targets carbon neutrality by 2050 and a 20% reduction in CO2 emissions from manufacturing by 2030Together with the production department, we will verify the progress of our suppliers&039; reduction plans and assist with related initiatives. Promote coal phase- out and the use of renewable energy in factories. Work with external organizations.2. Factory Environmental EvaluationResponsible for introducing the environmental management Higg FEM project to our suppliers to ensure FR’s minimum requirement and improve factory performance.Responsible for chemical management at factories and ensuring wastewater test results.Responsible for waste management at factories by implementing waste management guidelines.Responsible for water reduction at factories by following the FR target of 10% per unit by 2025.3. TraceabilityFR established a traceability management system in our supply chains.Together with the Production department and a third party, we visit Spinning mills to grasp the traceability management system and improve it together.SALARY &

To fulfill this job efficiently, please understand that this job will require:

Excellent problem- solving, communication, and critical thinking skills. Able to summarize complex situations/data into easily understandable materials, suggest solutions spontaneously and work independently to support the senior.
Willing to have business trips (2- 3- day trip, 2 times per month for business trips, 2- 3 times per year for overseas meetings).
Business English: TOEIC ≥ 700, IELTS ≥ 6.5, TOEFL ≥ 80 or equivalent level.
Bachelor degree.
Environmental- related majors (Environmental Engineering, Environmental Management) and the Apparel Industry are preferable. Other majors are also welcome (if you have experience).
