UI/UX Designer Web/App products

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with experience in designing Web/App products, good aesthetic sense, strong understanding of user experience, and the ability to convert design into code (HTML/React).
The candidate will participate in the entire design process — from requirement research, wireframing, prototyping to actual interface implementation.
Main Responsibilities:

Research user behavior and improve product experience based on real feedback.
Collaborate with the development team to convert design into code (HTML, CSS, React).
Work and communicate with clients (especially Japanese clients) to understand requirements and adjust the design appropriately.
Ensure design consistency, modern visual style, and alignment with the branding direction.
Design user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) for web and mobile applications.
Work with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop to create prototypes, mockups and visual assets.

Working hours: From 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM), Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday off).

Yêu cầu công việc

Proficient in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop and other common design tools.
Must have demo products or actual portfolio when applying.
Ability to convert design into code (HTML/CSS/React) is a plus.
Good communication skills, high responsibility, and effective teamwork.
Graduated in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, UI/UX Design or related majors.
Practical experience in UI/UX design for Web or App.

Knowledge in responsive design, UI animation, or design system.
Priority for candidates who have worked with Japanese clients or Japan- related projects.
Experience in designing for Logistic or E- commerce products.
Understanding software development process (Agile/Scrum).
