About the Role
The UI/UX Designer is responsible for crafting visually appealing, user- centric, and responsive websites that align with our brand identity. This role involves collaborating with cross- functional teams to create engaging digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in design principles, user experience, and web development technologies.
Responsibilities:
Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas
Conceptualize and execute original website design ideas that prioritize simplicity and user- friendliness
Design responsive and engaging landing pages that align with industry best practices and company brand guidelines
Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive- level stakeholders
Collaborate with cross- functional teams, including marketing and research, to incorporate brand elements and relevant market research findings into website design
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager
Ensure website functionality and stability across various devices, including desktop, mobile, and tablet
Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand- off to engineering
Requirements:
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development proces
Up- to- date knowledge of the latest web trends, techniques, and technologies
A strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design skills and sensitivity to user- system interaction
Proficiency in visual design and wire- framing tools such as Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator
Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and human- centered design approach
Creativity and willingness to work on own initiative
5+ years of experience as a Web Designer
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Relevant diploma in Human- Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps
