UI/UX Designer (Junior - Middle Level)

Koobiz is a B2B platform that provides international company formation and management services (Singapore, Hong Kong, BVI, and more).We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with a modern design mindset, creativity, and the ability to turn user insights into professional, intuitive digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities:

Build wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to optimize usability.
Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and Developers to ensure visual and technical consistency.
Research UI/UX trends and propose design improvements based on user feedback.
Develop and maintain a Design System for consistent branding and user interface patterns.
Design user interfaces for the website and admin dashboard with a focus on B2B user experience.

Required:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer (preferably in SaaS, Fintech, or B2B platforms).
Organized, detail- oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks independently.
Creative, self- motivated, and eager to grow with the product.
Strong sense of layout, color theory, typography, and user experience principles.
Proficient in Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, or equivalent design tools.

Nice- to- have:

Experience in branding, logo design, illustration, or visual design.
Familiarity with responsive design, accessibility, or motion design principles.

Competitive salary ranging from 14 to 24 million VND, depending on experience and qualifications.
