We also provide comprehensive digital transformation solutions for businesses, including process and operations management software such as ERP, DMS, and CRM.
Location: 138/25 Truong Cong Dinh Street, Ward 14, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a UX/UI Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience and interface of our software solutions. Your key responsibilities include:
• Staying updated with the latest UX/UI trends and best practices to continuously enhance our design standards.
• Designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces tailored to enterprise software applications.
• Conducting user research and usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs.
• Developing design guidelines and ensuring consistency across all project deliverables.
• Working closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Creating basic graphic designs and visual elements for user- facing applications.
• Ensuring designs align with client branding while optimizing for user engagement and functionality.
• Collaborating with clients, Business Analysts, and development teams to understand user requirements and business objectives.
• Creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to demonstrate design concepts.
General requirements

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast- paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset for problem- solving.
Technical requirements
• Basic communication skills in English, with the ability to read, understand, and engage in basic conversations.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage for effective collaboration with developers.
• A portfolio demonstrating UX/UI projects for web or mobile applications, including original graphic works, is highly preferred.
• Strong graphic design skills (mandatory), with the ability to create custom illustrations, icons, images, and GIFs tailored for specific application needs.
• Open to fresh graduates, final- year students, or candidates with less than 2 years of experience.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent software, with a strong focus on web and mobile application design.
• Solid understanding of user- centered design principles and enterprise software design standards.
