UI/UX Designer

Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our growing product team. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating user- centric designs, fluent in modern design tools, and able to deliver high- quality, pixel- perfect interfaces for both end- users and platform partners. You will work collaboratively with cross- functional teams to create outstanding experiences across web- based platforms.
Responsibilities

Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to illustrate how the app functions and looks.
Plan and conduct cross- functional product strategy sessions (involving BA, PM, Engineering, etc.) and implement initiatives to facilitate UX creation and ensure high- quality design output.
Design system- wise components (e.g., interface elements like menus and tabs).
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design processes.
Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and engineers to gather and analyze user requirements.
Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables).
Design videos to introduce upcoming mobile products.
Identify and troubleshoot UX issues, and make adjustments based on user feedback.
Ensure consistent and intuitive user experiences across multiple devices and platforms.
Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human- Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• At least 3 years of experience in UX/UI Design, with hands- on experience in designing for both web and mobile applications (iOS and Android).
• Proven work experience as a designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise.
• Demonstrated ability to create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Knowledge of Figma (Adobe Suite is a plus).
• Team spirit and strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Passionate about being an integral part of solving complex problems with simple, easy- to- use solutions.
• Solid multitasking and time management skills.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English.
• Deep understanding of UX principles and responsive design best practices.
• Experience in the platform business is preferable.

Optional Preferences

Skills in animation or micro- interaction design.
Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.
Presentation of any other methodologies.
Ability to work independently and in a team- oriented environment.
Higher degrees.
Stay up to date with current design trends, tools, and best practices.
Solid portfolio demonstrating past UI/UX work (please attach or link).
Hands- on software engineering experience.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS or front- end collaboration.
