UI/UX Design Lead

Gathering and research activities on user experience. Organize research, interviews, and customer surveys to understand and build customer journeys and problems encountered by customers.
Other tasks as assigned by line manager
Optimize existing user interface designs
Research and update new trends and improvements: Design System, Pattern, Design Process, ...
Lead a team of UIUX Desginers (about 10 members)
Collaboration with product managers and engineers. Receive requirements from relevant parties to design UI/UX for web apps & mobile apps
Planning and developing design standards and visual designs for products: website, web apps & mobile apps

A Bachelor&039;s degree (required) in or related to design, UX, UI, graphic design, product design or other disciplines
Have UX Research experience. In- depth knowledge for UX methods
Plus for experience working with products for enterprise and Mobile App
At least 8 years of experience as a UI- UX Designer or similar role
Fluent Figma skill
UI design portfolio
Proven leadership experience
Ability to grasp specific product requirements and provide appropriate design solutions.
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to discuss and explain design option

Working Time8.8h/day, Flexible checkin time from 6am to 10am, Mon to Fri
