About UI/UX Design Position
We are seeking a UI/UX Designer to join our international team to work on a new and innovative software product in the e- commerce/fintech industry.

Responsibilities
Stay informed on the latest UI/UX trends in enterprise applications and hospitality software.
Define information architecture and user flows to optimize usability and efficiency.
Create visually compelling and accessible user interfaces that align with brand guidelines.
Develop wireframes and prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless design implementation.
Collaborate with BA/PO to understand system requirements and user needs.
Maintain design consistency across internal platforms and enhance the design system.
Requirements
Proficiency in designing wireframes/prototypes with tools like Adobe XD or Figma or similar design tools.
Good communication in English
Skills in graphic design applications (Photoshop, Illustrator).
Experience designing for complex systems with a focus on usability and efficiency.
Experience with design systems, HTML/CSS knowledge, or prior work in the hospitality domain is a big plus
2+ years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in fintech/ e- commerce domain
Ability to work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into user- friendly interfaces.
