UI Designer (Graphic Design Skills Preferred)

Intro
We are looking for a UI Designer with a strong eye for aesthetics and attention to detail, who can work across both digital products and visual assets. This role combines UI design for web/mobile with graphic design tasks such as banners, ads, and media, making it ideal for designers who enjoy variety in their work.
Duties and Responsibilities

Collaborate with PMs and BAs on basic UX activities: understanding problems, sharing ideas, and shaping design solutions.
Design user interfaces for websites, mobile web, and mobile applications.
Create graphic assets including banners, advertisements, media, and basic brand identity materials.
Participate in client communication for smaller projects when assigned.

Qualifications/ Experience Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience as a UI/Graphic Designer.
Portfolio with at least 3 completed web/mobile products.
Portfolio with at least 5 banners, ads, or media designs.
College or university degree in Arts, Graphic Design, or related fields.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and deliver on time.
Strong foundation in visual design and graphic principles, with the ability to clearly explain design decisions.
Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) to support design and optimize workflow.
Experience working on diverse projects for different clients (agency, outsourcing, or freelance).
Preferred: experience designing for platforms such as Themeforest or Shopify, or background in small teams/startups.
