Mô tả công việc
- Support recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, arranging interviews, and participating in selection processes.
- Monitor training effectiveness and maintain all training records, reports, and compliance documentation.
- Ensure compliance with hotel standards, policies, and legal requirements related to training and workforce development.
- Conduct orientation programs and mandatory training for new employees.
- Develop and implement the annual training plan in alignment with hotel objectives.
- Identify training needs through performance reviews, operational requirements, and management feedback.
- Design, coordinate, and facilitate internal and external training programs.
- Organize employee engagement activities, team- building events, recognition programs, and internal communication initiatives.
- Perform any other duties and special projects as assigned by the HR Director, General Manager, or Management Team.
- Collaborate with department heads to build talent development and succession planning programs.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor&039;s Degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in recruitment and employee engagement activities is an advantage
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, or Human Resources within the hospitality industry.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong organizational, planning, and interpersonal skills.
