Trưởng Phòng Tài Chính - Finance Manager Tại Hải Phòng (Lương 20 - 30 Triệu)

Position Summary
The Business Manager is responsible for overseeing the school’s financial and administrative operations, ensuring accuracy in bookkeeping, supporting purchasing activities, and maintaining positive relationships with vendors, parents, staff, and other stakeholders. This role requires a versatile, proactive individual who can handle diverse tasks, adapt to new challenges, and support the school’s smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Liaise with parents, staff, and school leadership to address inquiries and ensure smooth communication.
• Manage day- to- day bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records.
• Attend meetings with partners and stakeholders; provide translation and interpretation (English–Vietnamese) as needed.
• Support the organization of school events, including vendor coordination and logistical arrangements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the School Director.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
• Coordinate procurement activities, including ordering supplies and equipment for school operations.
• Work with vendors to request quotations, negotiate terms, and prepare contracts for school events, purchases, or services.

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of accounting principles; experience with bookkeeping is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese (spoken and written).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Salary: 20,000,000 – 30,000,000 VND/month (based on experience)
