Design and implement employee retention strategies
Analyze trends in compensation and benefits
Working time: 9:00- 18:00 (Mon- Thu), 8:00- 17:00 (Fri), Sat work from home
Corporate with accounting department to maintain pay plan and time sheets
Maintain HR systems and processes
Conduct performance and salary reviews
Orient all Human Resources areas: operations, attraction & talent management.
Develop working performance management as company’s policies
Provide support and guidance to HR staff
Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
Draft the labour contracts

Knowledge of a broad range of human resource strategies and practices, including compensation, performance management, safety, hiring and employee relations; able to apply these strategies and practices in compliance with employment regulations
Ability to lead team, ensure everything meet deadlines
5 years and more experiences in same position
Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
Thorough knowledge of employment- related laws and regulations, included tax, insurance, and PIT
A bachelor’s degree in human resources, labor relations, organizational development, business or related area; relevant work experience may be a substitute
Have knowledge of CIT is an plus point
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
