Reception Manager Tasks
Develop and maintain a positive attitude through vocational training programs for customer service staff.
Update timesheets and working schedules of staff.
Receive all incoming calls from residents or tenants.
Provide general information to all tenants (applicable to office buildings only).
Interview and assess customer service officers.
Work closely with the engineering, security, and janitorial teams.
Distribute messages and letters to tenants.
Manage subcontractors (if required).
Guide residents and contractors on procedures related to moving in/out, fit- out works, and residence registration.
Management Tasks
Train customer service officers (if required).
Supervise and take responsibility for the performance and productivity of subordinate staff.
Ensure all customer service staff maintain a high standard of personal appearance, uniform, and name badge as instructed.
Reporting
Follow up on job requirement lists and ensure timely completion.
Prepare daily checklists for the customer service/front office team.
Maintain and update the daily logbook.

Education:
Graduate from a College or University majoring in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
Skills & Abilities:
Ability to work effectively under pressure.
Creative, proactive, flexible, and eager to learn.
Solid business knowledge and good awareness of current issues.
Good report writing and presentation skills.
Good PC literacy and ability to work with IT resources such as databases and spreadsheets for information collection and management.
Strong teamwork, analytical, and problem- solving skills.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills for liaising effectively with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi- task and prioritize work efficiently.
