KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare dishes according to procedures, ensuring food quality.
Assign food preparation staff or do it directly.
Store raw materials and materials properly at the end of the shift.
Inspect and monitor the process of staff making and processing dishes.
Guide and train new employees.
Check the dish again before serving to customers.
Regularly check materials and place orders when necessary.
Ensure cleanliness of the management kitchen area.
Assist the Head Chef and Deputy Chef in handling related tasks.
Carry out tasks assigned by superiors
Prepare necessary ingredients and materials according to the recipe.

Ability to quickly adapt to the working environment and withstand high pressure.
Having experience working at a high- end hotel or resort is an advantage.
