Đảm bảo phương tiện luôn sẵn sàng phục vụ khách và các bộ phận/ Ensure transportation vehicles are available and ready for service.
Đánh giá hiệu quả làm việc/ Evaluate employee performance.
Quản lý tình trạng kỹ thuật của toàn bộ phương tiện/ Manage the condition and performance of all transportation vehicles.
Kiểm soát chất lượng dịch vụ vận chuyển theo tiêu chuẩn của Resort/ Ensure transportation services meet resort quality standards.
Điều phối xe phục vụ các đoàn khách, hội nghị, sự kiện và VIP/ Coordinate transportation for groups, conferences, events and VIP guests.
Theo dõi ngân sách và tối ưu hóa chi phí/ Manage departmental budgets and cost optimization.
Lập kế hoạch và điều phối toàn bộ hoạt động vận chuyển trong khu nghỉ dưỡng/ Plan and coordinate all transportation operations within the resort.
Đào tạo nhân viên về an toàn giao thông và tiêu chuẩn phục vụ khách/ Train employees on driving safety and guest service standards.
Kiểm soát nhiên liệu, phụ tùng và chi phí vận hành/ Monitor fuel consumption, spare parts and operating expenses.
Xây dựng tinh thần làm việc nhóm và nâng cao chất lượng dịch vụ/ Promote teamwork and continuous service improvement.

Ít nhất 02 năm ở vị trí quản lý/ At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
Tối thiểu 03–05 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực vận chuyển hoặc logistics/ Minimum 3–5 years of transportation or logistics experience.
Có kinh nghiệm trong khách sạn hoặc resort là lợi thế/ Hospitality or resort experience is preferred.
Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng hoặc Đại học chuyên ngành Quản trị, Logistics, Giao thông vận tải hoặc các ngành liên quan/ College or Bachelor&039;s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation or related fields.
Tiếng Anh giao tiếp tốt/ Good command of spoken and written English.
