Technical & Technology Support

Read and interpret technical documentation.
Quickly understand technology products and services such as Cloud, AI, and SaaS.Support the analysis of technical aspects related to Cloud products.
Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare technical reports and/or business analysis reports to support management and decision- making.

Executive & Work Management Support

Consolidate information from multiple sources, including technical, product, and business teams.
Prepare reports, proposals, presentations, and working materials for the Director of the Cloud Product Division.
Monitor task progress and coordinate with technical and product teams to ensure work is delivered according to plan.

Communication & Coordination

Communicate with international partners in English when required.
Participate in discussions, provide logical feedback, and collaborate in a professional manner.
Communicate effectively with technical teams, leadership, partners, and customers.

Education & Technical Background

Solid background in technology and engineering.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical fields.

Professional Skills

Ability to read and understand technical documentation.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize information and prepare reports.
Advanced Excel skills.
Strong critical thinking and problem- solving skills.
Strong presentation and slide design skills with clear and logical structure.
Work management capability equivalent to a Project Manager (PM).

Proficient English
