Manage and oversee the company&039;s cash flow, funds, and financial assets to ensure financial stability and compliance with accounting regulations.
Responsibilities

Ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Managing banking relationships and negotiations.
Any Other Assignments or tasks given by Teamleader, Manager, Director and CFO
Overseeing daily treasury operations.
Implementing treasury policies and procedures.

Expected Results

Accurate financial reporting and forecasting.
Optimized financial risk management.
Effective cash and liquidity management.

Familiarity with treasury software and financial regulations.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
Excellent communication and manage stakeholder
Trained in Finance and Accounting area or equivalent experience
Proficiency in financial management and reporting.
Bachelor degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is essential.
Strategic project management and implementation.
Strategic thinking and planning capabilities.
Commercial acumen and organizational awareness.
Experience leading and developing a treasury team.
Proven ability to manage complex financial portfolios.
Ability to adapt to new technologies and financial practices.
Knowledge of global financial markets and instruments.
2- 3 years of experience in accounting and controlling role.
Ethical behavior and corporate governance understanding.
Strong analytical and problem- solving abilities.
Understanding of retail industry- specific financial challenges.
Experience with financial analysis, cash flow management, and risk assessment.
Efficiency mindset: find ways to automate tasks, design templates or propose solutions that can be reproducible and transferable with ease
