TRAVEL PLANNER AND CUSTOMER CARE (selected Asean Countries)
(that is very similar job to sales in travel agency but not the same)
we offer tourists/clients CUSTOMER CARE during tour and after tour is completed
we keep good and permanent contact. We do chat with them, email and talk (if they can speak English or the language we speak). Language barrier?- we do use advanced AI CHATS to communicate
we prepare quotations in XLS, work with OFFICE 365 and CRM technologies. Prepare offers in DOC/PDF and PPT
we DO NOT ONLY PLAN and SALE OFFERS. We do follow our clients/toursits during their tour. We follow them ONLINE- on distance only. But we always know where they are and what they do. If they need help, we know how to give a hand in any location any time
ur mission is to plan best offer for our tourists/clients and best performance with 100% satisfaction from tour
we do contact clients who wish to travel with us (FIT/GIT/TO/MICE)
we do search for new clients online and offline (new clients)
we prepare programs/offers for our tourists/clients (1D, short tours, long tours, special tours, etc)
we follow suppliers, prices, locations as well as local and global trends in tourism.
we recognize tourists/clients needs, expectations, budget and offer them best holidays and best tours we can
10A) we realize our tasks with local agents (TO/TA), tour guides, fixers, drivers.
we care about company, work with positive mood being honest to our colleagues
working mostly indoor wtih possibility of travelling
for this position we propose income being mix of stable amount (minor income) and bonus (major income)
perform and follow up dedicated FB profile

support social medias and prepare information and promotions about tourism in our destination
Travel Planner and Customer care is based on the low salary and fairly high bonuses- when performance is made correctly. We are looking for You if You work this way and company growth create Your income and vice versa.

Private Insurance (after 1Y working).
Company laptop or company tablet, company SIM (all soft registered on our phone number!), grab allowance (after 6M), company equipment, others
Holidays: Follow Vietnamese Law 14days after 1 year working + all Vietnamese National Holidays (exchangeable for other holidays).Long Holidays on request (we could do 1M per year)- no income.Short Holidays on request (TBU)- no salary but bonus.
Multilevel bonus scheme: 1) KPI monthly, 2) Small groups- amount, 3) Big groups- percentage bonus, 4) Trip Bonus- follow target, 5) Target trip bonus
