Transportation Planning Executive (Senior) - Satraco

Saigon Beer Trading Company Limited (SATRACO) is a member of SABECO, responsible for coordinating and managing logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and bottle/crate packaging management, to support SABECO’s production and distribution system nationwide.
Job Responsibility:
PLAN AND IMPLEMENTATION
- Ensure plans are made and executed with the highest efficiency.
- Implement transportation planning processes, ensure processes are followed by employees and contractors, and recommend updates, changes, and improvements as needed.
- Complete and fully implement KPIs as committed and other inspection and control programs (Audit, SIP, Risk management ...).
- Develop and implement contractor engagement plans.
- Ensure smooth execution of transportation plan with KPIs (Difot) being met.
- Mornitoring, tracking the movement of goods according to the plan, ensure all moving goods are actively traced when necessary.
DEVELOPMENT OF TRANSPORTATION CAPACITY
- Propose ideas, changes and improvements to the Head of Department in charge of direct responsibility.
- Monitor, collect information and provide reports on the quality of contractor services in your area.
- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
