Transportation Operation Officer

- Coordinate with Warehouse, Sales, Procurement, and related units to ensure alignment and continuity in operations.
- Implement transportation planning processes, ensure compliance by employees and contractors; proactively recommend updates, changes, and improvements as needed.
- Achieve and fully implement committed KPIs, while participating in inspection and control programs (Audit, SIP, Risk Management, etc.).
- Propose ideas, changes, and improvements to the directly superior.
- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
- Monitor and control the movement of goods according to the plan, ensure traceability when necessary and fulfillment of key KPIs (DIFOT, cost, timeline).
- Monitor, collect information and provide reports on the quality of contractor services in your area.
- Supervise the execution of transportation plans to ensure smooth, continuous, and efficient operations.
