Transaction Monitoring Officer

Entering Vietnam market since September 2021, LianLian Vietnam aspires to help Vietnamese E- sellers best seize opportunities in global markets by providing the innovative multi- currency solution to receive foreign currencies from global marketplaces and convert to domestic currency at the best rate possible.
We’re looking for Transaction Monitoring Officer for our Ha Noi Office.
Location: A2- BT2 Ha Dinh Residence, Tan Trieu, Thanh Tri, Hanoi
JOB DESCRIPTION:

Compose, Issue, amend, supplement documents related to eKYC
Other tasks as assigned by Head of Internal Control & Compliance Department.
Perform KYC for onboarding clients.
Perform anti money laundering (AML) activities, report suspicious transactions.
Design and control all process related to eKYC
Establish and continually update fraud detection framework
Regularly audit company procedures, practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risks.
Implement and manage an effective compliance program.
Detailed checking of invoices against supporting documents for transaction approval process.
Perform customer risk assessment, Partner Due diligence, and special transaction monitoring

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1 – 3 years of experience in banking fields (Teller preferable)
University degree in banking, finance, economic, or its equivalent.
Experienced in fraud detection in terms of KYC and transaction review
Result- oriented, well- organized & enthusiastic
Desire to success and overcome challenges, work under high pressure
Compliance and/or legal knowledge is a plus
Team work with strong work ethic, able to work in a fast- paced environment
Strong business mindset to understand customers and products
Aggregate data and data analysis skill in order to provide appraisal judgement
Meticulousness and integrity are non- negotiable prerequisites
