Provide opportunities for ongoing development.
Manage training budget.
Deploy a wide variety of training methods.
Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary.
Other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals, and consultation with line managers.
Monitor and evaluate the training program’s effectiveness, success, and ROI periodically and report on them.
Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions.
Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and best practices.
Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations.
Yêu cầu công việc
Experience in the F&B industry.
Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on- the- job or in- classroom training, e- learning, workshops, simulations, etc).
Youthful, creative, unique, experienced, with good achievements.
Enthusiastic, with problem- solving skills and an understanding of customer service.
Track record in designing and executing successful training programs.
At least 3 years of experience working in the same role.
Good computer and database skills.
Open- minded, creative, innovative, and not afraid to take risks.
Strong writing and record- keeping ability for reports and training manuals.
Ability to plan, multi- task and manage time effectively.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
