Dayone is the parent company of Got It (2015) and Scan It (2020) and Dayone has partnered with SEA’s Loyalty leader to launch a new Loyalty platform Buzz It (2024).

What you will do
Learning design & content development
Assist in building or updating digital learning assets and e- learning content.
Design assigned micro- learning components or engagement activities (e.g., case discussions, reflection exercises, quizzes...).
Support the creation of training materials, including slides and guidelines, under the guidance of the T&D team.
Learning delivery
Assist in post- training follow- up activities.
Support end- to- end training coordination: scheduling, participant tracking, material preparation, and session- day logistics.
Communication
Develop internal communication content for training updates, reminders, and key milestones.
Support employer branding initiatives related to learning and development.
Create recap highlights and learning storytelling content for the Training Hub and internal channels.
Learning analytics & process support
Support the preparation of basic participation and feedback reports.
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying simple insights from training data.
Maintain training trackers and update learning resources in a timely and structured manner.
What you should have
Background
Final- year student or fresh graduate in HR, Education, Business, Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
Strong interest in Learning & Development and capability building.
Skills & Competencies
Basic understanding of adult learning principles is a plus.
Basic design capability (PowerPoint / Canva).
Interest in data and a continuous improvement mindset.
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Structured thinking and the ability to translate ideas into clear learning materials.
Strong writing skills and attention to detail.
