Every day our team of agronomists and quality controllers work with farmers, to help them to comply with the highest international food safety standards, as well helping them to improve their overall farm performance. Trainer and Field Quality Assurance Assistant.
Working time: Monday to Friday.
Salary: Negotiate
Location: Based in Long An – Ben Luc but frequently travels to other provinces of the Mekong Delta
Principal functions and responsibilities
• Maintain accurate records of training activities and certification progress.
• Support the development and updates of the training materials.
• Conduct field assessments and audits to ensure compliance with relevant standards.
• Support the upscaling and training of farmers contributing to the certification of over 500 farmers for GlobalGAP, ..and others clients standards as required.
• Be the Training leader and conduct “Train the Trainers” (TFR Agronomists / Quality controllers) on Quality Standards and sustainable Citrus production, with support of the Quality Assurance and Citrus production teams. Trainings are both theoretical and field practical trainings.
• Support Quality Assurance in the field related to the implementation of the various standards,
• Support production forecast control and quality selection workers supervision.
