Key Responsibles:
Comprehensive 6- month training designed to meet British teaching standards.
Learn and apply effective teaching strategies for delivering the Nisai curriculum (English, Mathematics, Science).
Engage with students in a professional and supportive manner, fostering a positive learning environment.
Complete all assigned training modules, workshops, and assessments to meet the teaching standards required by the program. A proactive attitude with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Commitment and Training Agreement:
In case of early resignation or termination during the training period, candidates will be required to reimburse the training fee as per the signed agreement.
Candidates will be provided with free training, upon signing a commitment to work at Nisai Global School for a minimum of 03 years after completing the training.
Main Roles
Learners/Teaching:
To educate all learners according to their educational needs and in accordance with the Online Teacher Guidance.
To utilize all available technologies to ensure a productive and personalized classroom experience for all learners.
To ensure that all live lessons are delivered in accordance with Nisai Standards.
To ensure that all lesson recordings are named in the standardised way and saved appropriately as soon as the lesson is finished so that students can access them at a later date when needed.
To ensure that if a recording needs to be removed that it is replaced appropriately and in a timely manner.
To cover lessons for your colleagues when required.
To provide good quality support and guidance to all learners fairly and equally.
Promote Sustainable Development Goals where appropriate.
To promote British Values.
To revise and prepare for lessons by familiarizing yourself with lesson materials and the required subject knowledge.
To follow the Scheme of Work for the course that you will be delivering.
To prepare for “standard” teaching by participating in further training as and when required.
To utilize and deliver the existing courses and materials, ensuring that all resources are prepared and ready.
To share lesson objectives with students in every lesson.
Engagement.
To identify the needs of individual students and to work to help them fulfil their full potential.
To contribute to the community areas of the Nisai Virtual Academy (NVA).
To manage behaviour in lessons (see Behaviour Policy) and to engage all learners where possible.
To ensure you read the PWP and review the background and any education needs of learners in your allocated classes so that any amendments can be made to the delivery of the lesson if required.
To ensure differentiation is used in all lessons.
Attendance
To accurately record attendance, engagement and communication scores in Nisims on a sessional basis.
To ensure that all registers are marked 10 minutes into the class to ensure that non- attendance alerts can be generated.
To escalate any attendance concerns to the Tutor or Customer and Student Support Team (CaSST) team as appropriate.
SEND
To liaise with Nisai Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) and CaSST team as required about student SEND issues.
Engage in Education, Health, and Care Plan (EHCP) review reports.
Fully research and understand any identified student barriers.
To have knowledge and awareness of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to support learner engagement.
Administration and Learner Records
To ensure that any class notes are updated so that customers can see any issues/feedback.
To record student progress following departmental procedures and standardisation.
To ensure that NISIMS is up to date at all times.
Ensure that all student issues are escalated to CaSST.
Compliance
To complete the Level 3 Qualification in a timely manner to ensure eligibility for the Level 5 certification.
To escalate any safeguarding or prevent concerns to the safeguarding lead at the earliest opportunity.
Ensure all communications are General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) compliant.
To promote and safeguard the welfare and Health and Safety of students.
To ensure that all company policies and procedures are adhered to.
Communications
Follow set processes and escalate according to policies and procedures.
Ensure excellent communications between staff including other Online Teachers, Mentors, CaSST, Sales & Marketing, IT Support and HR.
Regularly check email, student email and Teams communications; providing responses in a timely manner.
To attend regular 1- 2- 1 sessions, being prepared to discuss students and evaluate own teaching performance.
To provide feedback to customers and parents where necessary using the correct procedures.
Technology & Assets
Ensure that all company assets are protected.
Immediately notify IT Support of any faulty equipment or technical issues.
Other
To inform line manager when there is a training requirement.
To attend and participate in staff meetings and any Continuing Professional Development (CPD) sessions.
Carry out any other tasks as directed by your Line Manager.
To attend company meetings where required.
To keep your line manager appraised of any issues or concerns.
To engage in the Teacher Effectiveness Program (TEP).
Requirements
Having ability to teach both English and Vietnamese.
Ability to develop productive relationships with other teams around the network.
Fresh graduates or limited teaching experience is accepted.
Having passion for teaching and a desire to pursue a long- term career in education or a clear intention to develop as a full- time teacher.
Bachelor’s degree is required at a pedagogy university. Or in English Major with Pedagogical certificate.
Excellent communication skills (oral and written). Language requirements: at least IELTS 7.5 (preferred).
Proficient office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, ...).
Providing support to other colleagues to ensure that all priorities are met.
Able to work to tight deadlines and multi- task effectively.
Having teaching experience or as a private tutor is an advantage.
