Trade Marketing Supervisor

Merchandising:
• Manage and guarantee that all in- store merchandising and other activities are in line with the marketing plan and customer insight
• Co- ordinate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Demo & Merchandising) and external stakeholders (Customers) to make sure perfect execution
• Establish a positive relationship with store managers to build a long- term cooperation that supports business success.
• For special promotions, displays, and events, coordinate with marketing (and sales). Create and arrange production materials and in- store displays in the appropriate.
Demo activities:
• Co- ordinate with South/ North team demo
• Manage agency and demo team how to reach maximize sales out volume in each activity
Other tasks if assigned

• 2- 3 years working experience in leading PG Team, Merchandising, Demo
• Passionate & able to work under high pressure
• Result Orientation
• People management skills, get- things- done attitude
• Good customer service mindset
• College/ University Degree
• Experience in Electronics/ Home Appliances is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
