Trade Marketing Specialist (MT Channel)

Assist Trade MKT Manager to develop and implement Category development plan (yearly, quarterly) for the Key Categories in each channel and sub- channel to deliver business objectives
Conduct Category/Sub- category performance analysis by channel to provide insightful recommendations for Channel Marketing team
Promotion analysis
Shopper/Consumer insights
Market share, Sales value forecast
Points of purchase activities (Placement/POSM/visibility, shopper engagements)
Portfolio/ assortment review
To collaborate with cross functions (Brand Marketing, Demand planning, Sales team) to ensure agile and effective execution
Take additional tasks and projects to support business development and expansion whenever needed.
Arrange trade visit & work closely with sales team to update real- time market and shoppers analysis in order to propose relevant & executional trade ideas and plans
To provide monthly tracking report for trade activities with clear learnings for improvement

Agile, positive, adaptable, can- do attitude
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
Data drive, strong planning & project management skills
From 2 years experience in Trade MKT
Good at Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
