POSITION SUMMARY: Trade Marketing Activation Specialist is responsible for executing activation activities in system wide according to the Trade Marketing department’s plans. This role requires a hands- on approach, working directly in the field with regional Trade MKT, Operation, suppliers, and partners to ensure smooth and effective activation program execution.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibility 1: Assist in the Development and Execution of Promotions and Activations Promotion Support
Assist in the execution of promotional campaigns according to the planned calendar.
Support in forecasting stock, planning merchandising, and coordinating communication materials.
Activation Execution
Work with agencies and vendors to ensure all activation elements align with brand guidelines and execution standards.
Assist in planning and executing brand activations to engage new and existing customers.
Event Coordination
Support the setup, coordination, and execution of events and activations at retail locations.
Ensure all necessary materials, logistics, and manpower are arranged for seamless event execution.
Responsibility 2:
Coordination and Operational Efficiency Cross- Functional Collaboration
Budget and Resource Management
Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders for smooth implementation of promotional activities.
Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and agencies to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
Ensure cost- effectiveness and adherence to budget constraints
Support the monitoring of promotional budgets and expenses.
Responsibility 3:
Market and Consumer Insights, Competitor Monitoring
Conduct field visits to gather insights on consumer behavior and market trends.
Monitor competitors’ promotional and activation strategies and report key findings.

Performance Analysis
Performance Analysis Assist in tracking and evaluating the performance of promotions and activations.
Provide reports with key insights and recommendations for improvement.
