We are currently recruiting for the position of Talent Acquisition Intern to support the company. Below are the details of the position:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Leader.
• Source and attract potential candidates through various channels such as Facebook, LinkedIn, job portals, etc.
• Participate in the recruitment process in accordance with the company’s procedures.
• Support data entry of candidate profiles into the system, schedule interviews, and assist in preparing related reports.
• Assist in employer branding and internal communication activities to promote talent retention and engagement.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Diligent, responsible, and eager to learn.
• Final- year student or fresh graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Languages, Law, or related fields.
• Good communication in English is an advantage.
• Preferably with at least 3 months of experience in recruitment or HR- related roles.
• Availability for full- time internship (Monday to Saturday morning) for a minimum of 3 months.
