Thực tập sinh Pháp chế (Legal Intern)

Perform professional duties:
- To support contracts and other documents signing.
- To support English- Vietnamese translation.
- To draft, review contracts and other documents
- To update and support the legal department in advising on legal information related to the Company’s field of activity.
- To prepare and submit documents in the fields of foreign investment, enterprises, intellectual property, etc.
- To provide other support to the direct manager that may be required
- To perform legal research as needed
- To provide administrative support to the direct manager as needed
Perform other duties as required by direct manager

1 Expertise
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Final year at University in Law, especially the major in business law or international commercial law.
2 Experience
- Relevant experience with a law firm, a corporation or an international organization is desirable.
3 Skills/Qualities
- Always strive to complete the program, including at least one year after graduation;
- Computer proficiency: MS Office applications.
- Writing a thesis is one of the job requirements at the company.
- Work under minimum supervision and tight deadlines;
- Excellent analytical, communication (oral and written) and writing skills;
- Strong organizational and research skills;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Working hours: a minimum of 8 sessions per week;
- In the event that a candidate decides to leave the program without the company&039;s consent, the candidate is responsible for reimbursing the entire training cost to the company. The training fee will be discussed with the candidate before signing the commitment to participate in the program;

- Stipend: 4,000,000 VND/month before graduation. After graduation (full- time employment), the salary will be renegotiated.
