Develop Recruitment Content and Support in recruitment process

Assist in posting/spreading recruitment information, screening candidates & scheduling interviews.
Together with the team to create viral content for social platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).

Participate in Brainstorming & Organizing Internal Events

Assist in brainstorming and implementing employee engagement activities (e.g., birthdays, holidays, Tet, etc.).
Contribute ideas and support in organizing internal company events (e.g., company trips, cultural activities).

Proficiency in design and video editing software such as Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, Premiere, etc., is a plus.
Confident in public speaking and communicating in front of a crowd.
Passionate about connecting people, inspiring others, and building a positive, energetic working environment.
Able to think creatively and produce engaging content consistently.
