Content strategy & planning (20%)

Market research to understand industry, competitors, and customer
Synthesize insights to build buyer personas and combine with our brand positioning to propose strategic content direction for PMAX Academy

Content production (70%)

Coordinate with the internal team to produce content (for both text and visual) following the plan, supporting to share detailed briefs and follow up to get the content output on time.
Write/Produce some of the content as assigned. The format can be varied such as social post, blog, video script, article, newsletters, etc.
Collaborate with digital marketing to analyze, synthesize and optimize content all channels

Others (10%)

Assist marketing manager monitor & follow up working process
Other tasks assigned by the line manager
Brainstorm with team members to generate ideas for marketing campaigns: sales promotion, trials, webinar, loyalty & referral program...

Experiences in inbound marketing
Experiences in academic writing
Social content writing skills and idea generation
Experiences in Education is a big plus
