Testing Lead (RF Test)

Our client is aforeign- invested company, now looking for a Testing Lead (RF Test,$2000, ID16013)

Run standardization of test methodology of specific features.
Keep Continuous improvement in testing following industry best practices.
Run Yield Improvement, Cycle Time Reduction and Cost & Quality enhancements.
Handlle RF Test Tool Development including BT, BLE, WIFI, ZigBee, and RF4CE.
Prepareand provide the necessary documentation for a successful handoff to the factory.
Handle Effective communication with other departments internally and globally.
Handle and work closely as part of the TSD team to achieve production test objectives.
Conduct research new test methods and look for opportunities to improve production test efficiency.
Join production test meetings and factory audits with key customers.
Run as the Vietnam technical lead and point of contact for an international team of test systems development engineers.
Work closely with other TSD engineers, and lead, mentor, and motivate junior engineers to meet production test objectives.
Care the transition of test stations from NPI to MP.
