Tester (Manual & Automation)

Maintain, operate, and improve the testing process.
Read the communication between customer service and customers to find out common errors customers encounter.
Collaborate with the development team and resolve reported issues.
Log and manage bugs throughout its lifecycle (ClickUp, Trello).
Define and execute test scenarios to verify application functionality and performance.
Participate in LitCommerce project testing.
Create required automation tests.
Create, maintain, and enhance comprehensive test documentation, including test cases and test plans.

Graduated from a college/university majoring in Information Technology or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a tester position (at least 1 year of experience in automation testing) at an E- commerce or Software company.
Worked with web- based products.
English reading comprehension.
Experience in Web, HTTP, Rest API, and GraphQL is an advantage.

Basic Salary: 12.000.000- 17.000.000 VND/month
