Test Manager (Dự Án Global-Có Thể Onboard Sau Tết)

Confirming requirements with stakeholders to clarify any uncertainties
Creating and reviewing the output of the test team to ensure that all testing is thorough and accurate
Managing the progress of the test team and ensuring that testing is completed on time and within budget
Analyzing requirements and determining the scope of testing
Developing an overall testing plan and detailed plans for team members, coordinating resources
Proposing improvements to the testing process to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Analyzing bug trends, evaluating product quality, reporting quality to the project manager, and providing suggestions to ensure project quality
Building the team by establishing testing processes, recruiting and training new members to meet job requirements, and developing a set of product quality evaluation criteria.
Conducting testing and ensuring that all tests are executed properly and that all bugs are identified and resolved

At least 2 years of experience in a Test Manager position
Good team management, planning, summarizing, and reporting skills
Proficient understanding of testing processes, and testing techniques in Agile and other models
Good communication and problem- solving skills
Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field
7+ years of hands- on manual test experience
In- depth knowledge of software testing methods
