Test Lead / Test Manager

· Plus: Suggest/propose how to level up members’ skills, improve productivity
· Consultant to projects for Test domain
· Ensure projects’ quality in department
· Review and analyze system specifications for validity and feasibility.
· Handle Testing part of department, distribute testers between suitable projects in department
· Make test strategy, test scenario if needed
· Join into proposal phase with BUL, PM which need testing knowledge, estimation
· Review test technical & guide/train lower level testers to complete their jobs/reach to higher test levels
· Interview candidates for suitable tester positions

· Familiar with Agile Modal and Scrum Framework, JIRA and Confluence tools.
· Many years (~10 years) experience in Testing domain
· English fluent in speaking, listening, writing & reading to communicate directly with Customer
· Work with India and US customers, good English speaking and writing.
· Knowledge about Azure Performance Monitoring and deployment process are advantages (can be trained later).
· Good at organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Background in Computer Science or related field.
· Have ability to study/research new things quickly and efficiently.
· Experience in MS SQL database/API testing, performance testing, Postman tool.
· Have analytical mind and problem- solving skills.
· Team work.
