We are seeking a highly technical, hands- on Test Engineer Lead to act as the primary technical capability builder for our growing Vietnam test engineering team. In this high- visibility role, you will be the driving force behind modernizing our testing methodologies, integrating test automation strategies, and elevating the technical depth of a young, talented engineering team.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Test Lead main objective is to ensure that our projects meet their delivery quality objectives

Profile
Excellent English communication (spoken + written). You should be comfortable presenting technical strategies, confidently run meetings, write test strategies, present quality risks, negotiate with international stakeholders, and advise external clients.
Experience with DevOps, SaaS, CI/CD is a plus
Experience in managing contributors and team members
Experience: 5 to 7+ years of highly technical experience in software testing, test engineering, or SDET roles, preferably within complex B2B software, enterprise SaaS, banking, or fintech environments.
Curiosity and mindset for change management
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. A
Cooperation and cross functional leadership
master&039;s degree is a plus.
