Test Equipment Purchasing & Application (Primary Focus)
• Manage test equipment purchasing activities, including Budget, CTB, PR, and PO applications
• Coordinate with IE, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and equipment vendors to ensure timely approval and delivery
• Perform system- based purchasing and budget submissions using internal PC systems
• Prepare and maintain technical documents such as specifications, quotation comparison tables, and justification materials
Audit & Compliance Support (ISO, etc.)
• Support audit reviews and follow up on corrective actions
• Coordinate across departments to ensure audit findings are properly closed
• Prepare, update, and manage documentation for ISO and other audits
Customer Technical Coordination
• Collect customer feedback and coordinate internal follow- up actions
• Participate in regular technical meetings with customers
• Provide explanations related to test flow, equipment configuration, and test status
Cross- Site Technical Coordination (VN–JP–CN)
• Provide context- aware language support (meetings, emails, documents) as part of technical coordination
• Summarize discussions and align action items across sites
• Coordinate technical and operational topics across Vietnam, Japan, and China teams

Test Equipment Introduction & Ramp- Up Support
• Follow up on maintenance activities and improvement actions after deployment
• Coordinate installation, bring- up schedules, and issue tracking
• Support introduction and ramp- up of new test equipment
