Scope of work/ Phạm vi công việc:
A Surveillance CCTV Technician to install, maintains, and repairs surveillance systems. The responsibilities and duties include installing cameras, wiring, configuring networks, troubleshooting issues, and providing user support. They ensure optimal performance of CCTV systems for security purposes.
Undertake and ensure that the CCTV and associated equipment is maintained, repaired and installed as per direction of the section management and to CCTV Baseline standards. Equipment defined as camera/monitors/ alarms/CCTV switcher/digital encoders/servers and DVR’s and other associated systems. To perform all duties in accordance with company policies.

Installation:
Comminisioning/ configuring/ setting up CCTV systems, including cameras, recording devices, monitors, and associated hardware./

Technical Support: Providing technical assistance to users on how to operate and utilize the CCTV system effectively./Hỗ trợ kỹ thuật: Cung cấp hỗ trợ kỹ thuật cho người dùng về cách vận hành và sử dụng hệ thống CCTV hiệu quả.

Documentation & drawing: Maintaining accurate records of installations, maintenance activities, work order, CCTV drawing and system configurations, spare stock and department inventory./Tài liệu & bản vẽ: Duy trì hồ sơ chính xác về các hoạt động lắp đặt, bảo trì, lệnh làm việc, bản vẽ CCTV và cấu hình hệ thống, hàng tồn kho dự phòng và hàng tồn kho của phòng ban.
Maintenance: Performing routine checks, cleaning, and preventative maintenance to ensure systems are functioning correctly./Bảo trì: Thực hiện kiểm tra thường xuyên, vệ sinh và bảo trì phòng ngừa để đảm bảo hệ thống hoạt động chính xác.
Configuration/ programming: Setting up and configuring CCTV systems, including network settings, recording schedules, and user access. Implementing upgrades to hardware and software to improve system performance and security./Cấu hình/ lập trình: Thiết lập và cấu hình hệ thống CCTV, bao gồm cài đặt mạng, lịch ghi và quyền truy cập của người dùng. Triển khai nâng cấp phần cứng và phần mềm để cải thiện hiệu suất và bảo mật hệ thống.
Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving issues with cameras, wiring, recording devices, and network connectivity./Xử lý sự cố: Chẩn đoán và giải quyết các sự cố liên quan đến camera, hệ thống dây điện, thiết bị ghi hình và kết nối mạng.
